We hired Alert after "firing" our other monthly cleaning team for really, not cleaning at all (lol) - We don't have crazy high expectations but if you are paying in the wheelhouse of 200-300 w/ tips monthly to get the house cleaned, we do expect work better than we'd do ourselves. Alert has done a great job every time they have come here. They've been on time to their suggested window, with the exception of our first visit, though the team apologized and I had multiple people reach out to me to explain and make sure the timing wouldn't be mistaken again. The team has a text-line of communication which makes it super easy to stay in touch. We get reminders for our upcoming monthly appointments and we're able to stay on a 4-week schedule, same day and time. We work from home, so often one or two of us are here during the cleaning and they never seem to mind and communicate well to make sure our offices can get cleaned as well. We save so much time to do other things together when we don't have to think about constant cleaning. This is my first time hiring a cleaning company and I was a little unsure of what to expect, especially since my house is mostly cluttered. But I needed to keep the bathrooms hygenic and I have been neglecting it a long while. I talked to Olga and she was very nice and reassuring. She explained the process and stated that if I had too much clutter, they would only clean available spaces. I was a little worried but when the team came by, I offered to move it out of the way. But the ladies told me not to worry and did a fabulous job! I still feel guilty they went out of their way but I felt understood. I didn't take before pictures, but trust me when I say the aftermath looks waaay better than how I had it haha. And the stains are gone from the toilets and sinks! Showers and mirrors are clear and shiny, and they even vacuumed my bath mat! And replaced my kid's toilet paper that I forgot he was running low on! Thank you so much! Truly amazing work!  We needed my grandparents place cleaned last minute due to a family emergency and they scheduled a deep clean for us the next day.  The place looks brand new!
