Alert Cleaning estimates.
- You agree that the actual price payable is calculated on the total number of hours worked by the cleaners.
- Any price estimates are based on Alert Cleaning prior experience, without inspection, and based on information provided by the Customer.
- If at the commencement or during the course of providing the Service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the Service will exceed the quote provided by Alert Cleaning Inc, Alert Cleaning Inc will provide the Customer with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.
- We request a minimum of 24 hours cancellation or reschedule notice! If for any reason, you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please call us immediately. We are very strict on our 24 hour cancellation policy, please honor it! Less than 24 hours cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee of $35!
- We will charge a $35 fee: 1.) If you, the customer, call our office after business hours, after 7:00 p.m., and leave a message to cancel the appointment; If our staff show up at your doorsteps and for any reason not able to clean your home. (Example: a locked door, the construction crew is not finished and you the customer have to turn them away) No exceptions!
- Appointments scheduled within time frame less than 24 hours before the actual appointment can be only cancelled or rescheduled with $35 fee. No exceptions !
- Customer will be also charged a $35 fee if our team arrived at customer location on time, but unable to get in due to customer fault for more than 20 minutes from the scheduled appointment time.
- All online reservations are a subject of the same cancellation and rescheduling policy.
- Appointment can not be canceled , rescheduled or scheduled through our employees. Customer must contact our office directly at 480-786-3838 or Cancel, Reschedule or Schedule online.
- You agree to inform Alert Cleaning Services, Inc within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided.
- You agree to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free re cleaning.
- Re-cleaning must be completed within 7 days from the time of initial service. No exceptions
- Re cleaning time can't be longer than 1 maid 1 hour or 2 maids for 30 minutes.
- Complainants will be denied if the customer was notified that it is not enough time to clean properly customer home but customer declined additional time. No exceptions.
- All outstanding balances must be paid before we schedule re cleaning.
- If customer sign a waver form than no complaint will be accepted. Please do not sign a form if you feel that our service was poor or something was damaged . Contact us immediately at 480-786-3838
- We do not respond to complaints through the 3rd party ( such as BBB) other than government organization or required by law.
- The Customer agrees to pay Alert Cleaning Inc in full when the service is complete, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- You authorize to charge the credit card on file if no cash or check payment received.
- You authorize to add $5 or 2.9% processing fee, whichever is greater for credit/debit card transactions.
- All outstanding invoices 30 days and over is a subject of late payment fee of $25
- If no payment is received immediately after service completed , the customer authorizes Alert Cleaning Inc to charge customer credit card in the full amount of the invoice.

Coupon/ Offers/ Discounts
- All coupons must be mentioned before scheduling appointment.
- Unfortunately we can only accept limited appointments per week for coupons.
- We will charge full price for the service if the customer did not notify Alert Cleaning about a coupon at the time of reservation.
- All coupons or offer only can be used once. Limit 1 per customer. New customers only.
- Referral discount can be used one time per household and only if referral schedule appointment with us.
You agree not to solicit for hire any staff member introduced to you by Alert Cleaning for any home-related services. We spend a lot of time to find and train them. If you are found to have solicited one of our staff please be advised you will be flagged in our system and you won't be able to schedule a service with us any more. If it happend during a cleaning session, the session will be terminated immediately and we will charge you the full amount of the job. We might seek legal protection to compensate us for the time and money we spend to find, train check background of our employees. So please take it serious . If you want to hire our employee outside of our company please discuss this matter directly with us.
